Quality NTT Group

QUALITY – ALWAYS TOP PRIORITY

We know that quality is top priority for our customers. That is why we prioritize quality development and control.

Double quality control
The majority of the customized products delivered from NTT Group are manufactured in our own plants, in Sweden. Thus we have control of the quality throughout the whole production process, which is unique. A final quality control is made of all products, before sent to customer.

Standard products, purchased from suppliers in Europe and Asia, are always checked upon delivery to our warehouses.

Never ending quality development
For us, quality work is a continuous process – not a time limited project. We always search new solutions for development of quality. If we have not met the customer’s expectations, we investigate the cause of failure, and make an action plan. A mistake will not be made twice!
